G&G Industrial Lighting is excited to welcome their new Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Chad Arlington, who will be responsible for driving the growth and success of G&G’s Industrial Channel across the Eastern region. In this role, he will work closely with G&G’s manufacturing representative partners to ensure our products and solutions are positioned in the best possible light for each customer and application.
Chad brings a strong background in Telecommunications and IT, having spent the past 15 years with a SaaS company where he developed and managed Northeast partners and led regional growth through advanced reporting and analytics solutions for large contact centers. A graduate of Ithaca College, he was drawn to G&G by the company’s bold vision—including the goal of having the first lights on Mars by 2035—and the driven, customer-first culture behind it. Outside of work, he is deeply community-focused and actively volunteers in youth sports and local food pantries throughout New Hampshire. When he’s not coaching or cheering on his kids, you’ll likely find him outdoors hiking, skiing, or enjoying time at the beach or lake with his family.
