Summit Wash Holdings Celebrates Top Performers at Annual Summit 500 Recognition Event

Summit Wash Holdings, an industry-leading, membership-focused car wash group with operations in Connecticut, New York, Nebraska, Missouri, New Jersey and Florida first established in 2022, recently celebrated its top-performing team members at the company’s annual Summit 500 recognition event, a nationwide program that drives competition, engagement, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

Developed to spotlight the highest achievers across Summit Wash Holdings’ locations (Russell Speeder’s, Speeders and Waters Car Wash), the Summit 500 recognizes teammates who excel in different performance areas. The initiative has become a cornerstone of Summit’s workplace culture; it fosters friendly competition, recognizing excellence, and strengthening the company’s commitment to engagement and retention.

This year’s winners were treated to a two-day celebration at the Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. More than 40 teammates, representing every level of the company joined for an unforgettable weekend.

Day one included a welcome reception at Top Golf, where attendees connected and celebrated their achievements. The second day featured an immersive experience at the Phoenix Botanical Gardens, followed by an afternoon at Firebird Racetrack, where teammates at the opportunity to experience the power of sports cars including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches, and Corvettes. The evening concluded with a dinner celebration.
