Shifting economic winds may be getting the headlines in most industries today, but growth, technology and opportunity are top of mind for the car wash industry. That much was obvious this past weekend at the 2025 Car Wash Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Attendees by the thousands piled into the West Hall to learn from experts about industry trends and feast their eyes on a flock of emerging technologies at the buzzing trade show floor.
Cleaning innovations, artificial intelligence, digital marketing platforms, robotics, aggressive financial resource providers and continuously emerging payment systems kept visitors engaged for three straight days.

The following are exhibitor highlights from the trade show floor, listed in alphabetical order.
360 Car Wash Systems USA

360 Car Wash Systems USA, a provider of touchless car wash tunnel systems, introduced its US-TT-40 touchless tunnel belt conveyor.
Functions include an undercarriage, pre-soak, lava fall shampoo, HP top and 2-side arms, clear coat wax, soft water rinse and top and 2-side blowers. An intelligent wheel bush is available as an option.
Key parts include a proximity switch, ceramic plunger high-pressure water pump, hybrid stepper servo driver, engineering drag chain, Weinview HIM screen, ultrasonic sensors and connecting terminals.
Optional products include side fans, upper fans, automatic garage door, ground grills, soften water system, water reverse osmosis system, water recycling system and automatic mat cleaner.
ABC Wash Systems

ABC Wash Systems, a provider of arches, foamers/applicators, LED lighting and signage for car washes, introduced several stainless steel products at the show:
- V-jet and adjustables nozzles.
- Top mount foamer add-ons.
- Foamer trio kits.
- Direct mounting brackets.
- Offset mounting brackets.
- Rain bar.
The company has also added a lockable access door for its wash stations to ensure supplies stay safe.
Amplify Capital Group

Amplify Capital Group, a financial advisor to car wash chains, presented information about its financial services, including access to capital, partner selection, business valuation and more.
The company’s services are designed to minimize disruptions during a merger or acquisition as well as providing strategic advice and support for financial decisions.
The company also provides car wash industry reports that highlight technological advancements and other factors pertinent to car wash industry mergers and acquisitions.
Aerodry Systems

Aerodry Systems presented its maintenance-free, touchless blowers designed to allow car wash towers to be adjusted within confined wash facilities, whether wide or narrow.
The blowers feature reduced noise levels compared to traditional blowers while allowing maximum air flow.
Optional column extensions are available for the center duct to accommodate wide belt conveyors while risers are available to increase side column height to better target large vehicles.
The car dryer systems are compatible with all wash types, including large tunnels or automatic self service.
Autobooths.com

Autobooths.com powered by Mardan Fabrication, Inc., a guard booth/security booth manufacturing company, presented prefabricated service writer booths.
The attended service writer booths provide convenience for drive-up customers so they do not have to exit their vehicles, especially during extremely warm or cold weather. The booths also provide a safe shelter for employees to use while collecting payment.
The booths can be manufactured out of heavy-duty aluminum construction or welded steel construction.
The booths include insulated walls and ceiling for attendant comfort and sound deadening, a tread plate floor for safety, and safety glass windows for enhanced visibility. A built-in work counter provides a work space for a computer, a phone and writing space.
Installed electrical includes an overhead light, duplex receptacles, wiring within conduit and a wall-mounted circuit breaker box with branch breakers.
Brink Results

Brink Results presented information about its project management services that can reduce the project time by up to six months. The consulting team reviews the proposed site for the car wash, conducts on-site visits and reviews potential contractors and vendors.
The onsite analysis can uncover equipment malfunctions to be corrected to prevent shutdowns.
The team also provides a detailed plan of action and schedules all aspects of the project to ensure timeliness.
Broadway Car Wash Equipment

Broadway Car Wash Equipment presented its Buff n’ Shine automatic car polisher designed to deliver a polished car in less than 30 minutes with just one operator.
Features include patented fully automatic and adjustable 5-cloth brush operation, providing a Lustre-Renu polish that cleans and smooths the painted surface and leaves a high gloss finish.
The system installs as a drive-in/back-out or as a drive-through.
It requires a minimum of 13 feet and 6 inches wide by 29 feet long and 10 feet and 6 inches high.
No drain is required, but the car must be washed and dried prior to application.
Cargroomers International

Cargroomers International, a provider of paint protection and coating products, introduced Krypton Crush, which it bills as the world’s first color changing car cleaning chemical to improve the car wash experience.
The liquid product, marketed under the company’s Slipstream Pro brand, goes onto the car surface in a fluorescent green color and changes into fluorescent pink once it reaches the car surface. The fragrance also changes from green apple fragrance to strawberry fragrance along with the color change.
The hydrophobic coating repels water, dirt and grime and is ceramic infused to improve protection.
Cat Pumps

Cat Pumps, a manufacturer of industrial, positive displacement, triplex piston and plunger pumps and custom engineered pumping systems, presented its pumps for vehicle wash systems.
The company’s triplex pumps feature belt-drive, direct-drive, flexible coupling, clutch drive and custom power units to offer flexibility for car wash applications.
Pumps, accessories and repair parts are kept in stock to assure product is readily available.
CK Car Care

CK Car Care, a division of CK Enterprises, which provides car wash, food plant and industrial chemicals, introduced its car wash pay station which integrates with the company’s tap-and-pass mobile app.
The tap-and-pass system integrates hardware and software to connect consumer devices with a centralized cloud network to ensure real-time synchronization across services such as touchless car washes, dog wash stations, vending machines and self-serve vacuums.
The tap-and-pass system also offers customers a flexible loyalty program to subscribe for points to use across various services.

- QR code and barcode scanner.
- Multimedia video display.
- Merchant access to cloud-based dashboard.
- Wash packages.
- Transaction diagnostic logs.
- Financial reporting.

Diskin Systems

Diskin Systems demonstrated its new Super Air Shammee II drying system and its Extreme Air tire inflator.
The Air Shammee II includes a boom, air dry sticker, motor plate, dome stickers, nozzle, ash hose and a 12-by-18-inch instruction sign.
Options include lighted domes, a nozzle with fan tip, an electric counter, a boom extension and a 2-by-6-foot banner.
DRB Systems

DRB Systems, a Vontier company and a provider of vehicle care technology, presented its Catalyst, a marketing automation platform designed to streamline and optimize car wash marketing. Catalyst provides a native integration with DRB’s Patheon point-of-sale and business optimization platform, allowing car wash operators to leverage data for marketing campaigns.
Users can target and personalize messages to customers based on their visit data, purchase history, membership status, promotional activity and more.
Catalyst’s automated flows are logic-based drip campaigns based on customer behaviors and interactions, such as barcode redemptions, purchases or visits to the wash.
Catalyst also provides metrics on marketing campaigns to allow operators to evaluate the effectiveness of those campaigns.
Everwash/Coinless

Everwash, a provider of car wash membership apps, presented its Coinless mobile app, a mobile payment solution that allows members to pay, earn rewards and engage with services.
Coinless integrates with most automatic and self-service car wash equipment, including vacuums. Customers are able to sign up, select a service and earn loyalty points.
The app enables car washes to send promotions, run campaigns and offer credit to members.
Evolution Dog Wash

Evolution Dog Wash presented its automated dog wash machines designed to provide add-on revenue for car washes, multi-family properties, pet stores, laundromats, dog grooming businesses, military bases, travel centers, RV parks, dog beaches and campgrounds.
The EX+ model features four product selections: two shampoos, conditioner and tub disinfectant; in addition to a 2-speed, 4-hp grooming dryer. One dog wash model, the PLC model, also includes push-button control and cascading lights.
Payment options include a coin and token acceptor, a $1-, $5- and $10 bill acceptor and a credit card reader. Other options include an internal electric water heater, a remote control for timer settings and reporting, and custom graphics.
Exact One Ltd.

Exact One Ltd. presented a touchless cashless teller kiosk with stainless steel cabinet and stand that interacts with both tunnel and automatic controllers, offering multiple wash packages. Features include:
- EMV chip and pin including tap-and-go.
- Accepts Interac Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa payWave, Mastercard Tap & Go and other chip and magstripe cards.
- 3D barcode scanner that works with phone apps and printed barcodes.
- Custom voice messaging.
- Built-in heater and fan.
- 7-inch paper roll.
- Detection proximity sensor.
Excel Tire Gauge

Excel Tire Gauge, a provider of digital air inflation solutions, demonstrated its SC05-SS air machine, featuring a customizable design and upgrades such as a more powerful compressor and vacuum attachment.
The 2 HP air compressor is capable of inflating tires of trucks, buses and other large vehicles, with a maximum pressure of 120 PSI.
The machine can be controlled remotely thanks to a wireless monitoring system, and provides audible and visual signals when operation is completed.
An optional payment card reader accepts credit and debit cards.
Gallop Brush Co.

Gallop Brush Co. introduced its stackable, swappable GCore4 as an easier way to replace car wash brushes. The offset tiered system allows an operator to replace only those brushes that need to be replaced instead of taking apart the whole brush core.
The GCore4 enables ease of installation, rapid assembly, reduced wear and tear and zero corrosion.
Consultative services include expertise in car wash waterjet, die cutting, foam splitting, laminating, sewing, sheeting, saw cutting, vinyl welding and more.
G&G Industrial Lighting

G&G Industrial Lighting, a provider of engineered lighting solutions, introduced its Concierge program which provides car wash facilities a personalized pilot program tailored to car wash operators’ specific business goals. The program enables G&G Industrial Lighting to remotely manage a car wash’s lighting at agreed upon locations.
Remote lighting management ensures a site will have the proper illumination.
Car wash operators’ observations will contribute to the evolution of the Concierge experience as well as provide lighting strategy insights.
iClean Dog Wash

iClean Dog Wash, a manufacturer of self-serve dog wash machines, demonstrated its new “cyberwash” style dog wash based on cyber trucks which includes a video screen next to the wash bay. The machine requires a drain, a cold water line and an electrical outlet wall.
Dog wash programs include shampoo, rinse water, conditioner, anti-flea shampoo, low blow dry, high blow dry, disinfect tub and pause and stop buttons. Options include a coin and token validator, a banknote reader, a Nayax payment terminal and an electric water heater.
The touchscreen models offer celebrity instructions with audio recorded by professional voice-over artists. The 40 celebrities include Adam Sandler, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Bobcat Goldwait, Charlie Sheen, Chris Farley, Chris Tucker, Christopher Walken, Clint Eastwood, Columbo, Conor McGregor, Dave Chapelle, David Attenborough, David Letterman, Don Lafontaine, Donald Trump, Dr. Drea, Dr. King Schultz and Eminem.
Industrial Vacuum Systems

Industrial Vacuum Systems, a GinSan Industries company, introduced its Turbo Vac machine. Features include:
- Two fragrances, one shampoo or turbo vacuum options.
- Two or three extended brush life motors.
- Lockable cash box.
- 12-gauge steel doors and control box with security plug style locks.
- Accepts coins, bills, credit cards and mobile payments.
- CryptoPay and Nayax credit card options available.
- No jugs or tanks to refill.
- Lock shroud option to provide limited access to filters and debris collector.
- Domes and hoses are available in five colors: blue, green, red, white and yellow.
iWashPOS

iWashPOS presented its family of automated solutions, including its self-serve pay station, POS, loyalty app and real-time reporting and marketing tools.
The company’s POS supported services include single washes, monthly was clubs, prepaid washbooks, gift cards, appointments and loyalty rewards.
Marketing services include automated SMS and email marketing, lead capture and conversion, social media and digital advertising and loyalty membership growth.
A customer app allows users to manage memberships, earn rewards, redeem points and track wash history.
J.E. Adams Industries Ltd.

J.E. Adams Industries Ltd., a provider of car wash equipment, pressure washing products, and mist cooling solutions, introduced its dog wash machine.
The all-stainless-steel machine requires hot and cold water, utilizing an internal mixing valve that automatically adjusts water temperature output.
Standard selectable options include: rinse, oatmeal shampoo, tearless shampoo, conditioner, pet deodorizer, flea and tick shampoo, low and high speed blower, and tub disinfectant.
Other features include:
- Pressure regulated water output.
- Programmable LED digital display and message area.
- Plug lock doors.
- Internally segregated payment area.
- Lower compartment storage for extra dog wash products.
- Removable tub floor for access to grate strainer for servicing.
- Choice of ramp or stairs oriented for side or front exit.
Kirikian Industries LLC

Kirikian Industries LLC, a provider of foam brushes for car washes, demonstrated its Neoglide closed cell foam brushes that do not absorb liquid. The closed cell foam is environmentally friendly and inhibits dirt from getting embedded in the material and does not mar clear coating.
Brush colors available include: black, blue, red, green, yellow, orange and gray, as well as swirl colors blue/white, red/white, green/white and black/blue.
The Kirikian family developed its Neoglide foam washing material technology in its own car washes.
Micrologic

Micrologic, a connectivity solutions provider, introduced its Celeris and Pegasus Kiosks pay stations designed to minimize wait times, speed up lines and free the car wash team for other tasks.
The kiosks integrate with Micrologic’s platform that supports single-wash purchases, membership enrollment, upsells, promotions and gift card sales. The customizable design allows car washes to support branding while providing a simple purchasing experience.
The kiosks feature a 21-inch touchscreen, tamper-resistant access doors and a locking system.
There are both cash-only and cash-and-card payment options available, both of which include a QR and barcode scanner for promotion redemption.
Mothers Automated Solutions

Mothers Automated Solutions, a provider of polishes, waxes and cleaners, presented its graphene surface protectant that incorporates ceramic and graphene infused technology to provide a long-term, polymer nano shield that protects vehicles from UV rays and other elements.
This formula bonds to the vehicle’s surface to give protection while enhancing the shine from the company’s Ceramic Triple Coat and Hybrid Ceramic Wax. A single application can last up to 30 days and will provide water repellency.
The company’s Hybrid Ceramic Wax unites the protection of yellow carnauba wax with ceramic technology.
National Carwash Solutions/AMP

AMP, a National Carwash Solutions company, presented its AMP Kiosk for self-service applications. The kiosk complements the company’s Clarity POS solution to help car washes drive sales, boost customer loyalty and access data in real time.
Clarity leverages AI and machine-learning algorithms to scan vehicles, not just license plates, to improve accuracy, capture member data, reduce fraud and enhance customer engagement.
Car washes can access all data without additional fees, including transactional, profile and operational data.
Car washes are able to analyze engagement patterns about when customers wash, how often they wash, the year, make and model of the car and even their favorite sports team.
Nautilus

Nautilus, a provider of car wash e-commerce services, demonstrated its online services designed to boost customer engagement.
The platform allows car washes to automate routine tasks and create personalized marketing campaigns, including welcome messages, follow-up messages, membership renewals and loyalty programs.
For a set fee, a car wash has access to customer relations management, Google review management, automated SMS/email drip campaigns, loyalty programs and analytics reporting.
Options include custom wash packages sold online, POS integration and Apple Pay integration.
Ohmco

Ohmco, a provider of car wash websites and car wash marketing services, presented its marketing packages.
Services include graphic design for websites, branding, logos, signage, social media, videos and printed materials.
Services also include digital marketing and SEO analytics, email marketing and blogs.
OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions

OPW Vehicle Wash Solutions presented a host of wash equipment and solutions:
- LaserWash 360 Plus in-bay automatic vehicle wash system features the Smart 360 Arch Control System which eases entry into the wash bay by moving around the complete vehicle perimeter for more thorough coverage. The Smart 360 Drying System offers FlashDry service that streamlines the time needed to perform drying functions.
- The TruTrak belt conveyor has been designed to simplify the vehicle-loading process in tunnel washes.
- The Kondor Flight touchless in-bay automatic wash system features a one- and two-arm touchless IBA system with a wash carriage; bigger lights; an optional hi-gloss application cleaning system; and a standard rust-free stainless-steel carriage frame.
- The Innovative Control Systems Auto Sentry Max features a 32-inch screen. In addition to all the features and benefits of the Auto Sentry lineup, the Auto Sentry Max provides more video presentation and individualized sales messaging.
Petrocal Associates

Petrocal Associates, a provider of real estate and brokerage services, presented information about its financing and related services for assistance with the purchase, sale and leasing of car washes. The company assists with acquisitions, renovations, construction and financing.
The company’s services include:
- A pre-listing business valuation.
- Preparation and management of confidential due diligence data.
- Transaction coordination, including marketing, bid evaluation, negotiation, due diligence and closing.
Rinsed The Car Wash CRM

Rinsed The Car Wash CRM, a provider of car wash management software, presented several new features, including its customer relations management app, its tablet based Salespath software for car wash sales people, and its phone-based support agent for operators which uses artificial intelligence.
The CRM includes a customer app that integrates with car wash membership programs, car wash operator fleet plans and car wash POS systems such as DRB Sitewatch, DRB Pathcon, ICS, Sonny’s, Micrologic, AMP and NXT.
Salespath offers car wash sales contests as well as AI coaching that enables performance feedback for car wash sales teams.
The support agent service provides 24/7 automated phone support, ticket creation and membership management. The tool handles the most common customer requests and allows them to update their plan, vehicle or payment information. It also offers downsell options on cancellation calls.
The support agent service also tracks performance metrics and records calls and functions in 16 languages.
Sonny’s CarWash Controls

Sonny’s CarWash Controls presented its pay station, allowing car washes to process cash and credit transactions while offering customers memberships, single washes, gift cards and wash books.
The system allows car washes to align sales objectives with different screen flows, including video advertising while collecting customers’ phone numbers for marketing.
Car washes can customize the pay station exterior with powder coat colors and decal designs.
Features include:
- 17-inch anti glare touchscreen display.
- Multiple screen flow configurations.
- EMV card reader, code scanner and receipt printer.
- Built-in speaker for instructional prompts.
- Cash box with lockable door.
- UL listed compact HVAC.
ShockWater Carwash Systems LLC

Shockwater Carwash Systems LLC, a provider of wastewater treatment for the car wash industry, presented its water regeneration technology that restores wastewater to freshwater standards for reuse on chemical boards. The process reduces fresh water usage to 15 gallons per car or lower while ensuring an odor-free experience.
The process neutralizes biological contaminants and removes residual chemicals, producing regenerated water that’s odor-free and suitable for replacing fresh water—even in chemical mixing processes.
The company’s new ShockSoft product utilizes eco-friendly nucleation assisted crystallization technology to provide softened water without the use of salt. Nucleation assisted crystallization transforms hard minerals like calcium and magnesium into insoluble micro crystals to break down water hardness without adding sodium, eliminating salty wastewater.
The salt-free water prevents scale build-up on car wash tunnel walls while also reducing foamer and nozzle plugging.
SimplSourcing

SimplSourcing, a product sourcing organization for retailers and other businesses, presented its group product sourcing services for car washes.
The company leverages its relationships with Asian manufacturers and purchases raw materials to manage costs, reduce lead times and maintain competitive pricing.
The QA team works with third-party testing agencies on routine factory audits and inspections to ensure products are both compliant and responsibly manufactured.
Post sale, the team manages in-stocks to ensure that all shipments arrive on time, in full.
Design teams in the U.S. and Asia combine trend forecasting and packaging solutions to develop products with proprietary designs.
Synergy Solutions

Synergy Solutions, a car wash chemical manufacturer, introduced its Harmony wash management system featuring Readybit real-time monitoring. The system provides inventory management that prevents running out of chemicals.
The system’s real-time visibility allows facilities to track all chemical containers at every location remotely. It also offers instant alerts to notify an operator any time a product is running low or experiences abnormal usage.
The system’s analytics allow the operator to know exactly what each wash costs in chemical usage, spots waste caused by leaks, overuse and inefficient equipment use, and enables the operator to forecast demand, reduce emergencies and order only what product is needed.
The system is battery powered and can mount within minutes without tools.
Triumph Car Wash Parts

Triumph Car Wash Parts, a provider of car wash parts and solutions, presented its new Log Chain Conversion Kit designed to make conveyor upgrades easier and more cost-effective.
Car wash site owners and operators will be able to convert existing XR-1000 conveyors using a X458 chain to a more durable, reliable and economical log chain alternative.
This kit introduces a patent-pending sprocket and take-up drum paired with a roller system unlike anything currently on the market, according to the company.
The log chain alternative outperforms traditional X458 chain systems by offering increased durability and fewer maintenance requirements, according to the company’s CEO and industry veteran, Vince MacNeil.
