Car Wash Consulting (The Car Wash Doctor) is pleased to announce the addition of two new associate partners to the business. In addition to founder and CEO, Lars Hecht, and his existing two partners, Kashif Sattar and Lars Sanstad, Car Wash Consulting welcomes Rado Milev and Samy John Nielsen to better serve their existing and future customers.
Rado Milev is the new Associate Partner, CEE Business Development and M&A Project Manager for Car Wash Consulting. Milev is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and is an enterprise and results-oriented car wash professional. He possesses a wide range of skills and a proven track record in retail strategy and management, business development and M&A, Car Wash category management and operations. In addition, Milev brings his extensive international project management experience to the table along with shop and car wash concept, format and design development.

Samy John Nielsen brings more than two decades of leadership and technical expertise from the automotive and service industries to this next chapter in consulting and business development. Nielsen joins Car Wash Consulting as the Associate Senior Consultant, PMO, Technical Specialist. With senior leadership roles as Service Director and Chief Product O\icer, Nielsen combines in-depth operational knowledge with strong strategic and commercial insight. Over the past seven years, Nielsen has played a key role in the rapid growth and internationalization of WashWorld where he held positions as Head of
Service, Service Director and most recently CPO.
