Success Story: Ohio-based Express Wash Concepts is joining what’s been a profusion of new car wash operators into the Pittsburgh market. They opened its newest Clean Express Auto Wash on May 29 at 187 Millers Run Rd. in Bridgeville.
The company, based in Columbus, Ohio, also plans to open a 13th Pittsburgh location on West Liberty Avenue in late 2025.
The company announced that it has bought the CleanTown USA car wash operation at 4867 William Flynn Highway in Allison Park, which will be temporarily shut down for 60 days in mid-October for a $2 million renovation.
At the same time, Express Wash Concepts is currently building two other car wash operations, both under its Clean Express Auto Wash brand, one at 97 Tarentum Bridge Road in New Kensington and the other in East McKeesport. The two new Clean Express Auto Wash operations are both expected to open in October.
