Leading the Way in Water Reclamation
The St. Johns location is the first ModWash site built with a next-generation water reclamation system, engineered to reduce environmental impact and conserve local water resources by 75%, when compared to a standard ModWash reclaim system. The process includes capturing, treating, and reusing water from the wash process, significantly reducing freshwater usage.
In addition, a rainwater collection tank will harvest water from the roof, downspout, and canopies, further supporting ModWash’s mission to operate sustainably and responsibly.
