Splash Car Wash announced today the acquisition of its third location in Massachusetts with the purchase of Green Ocean Car Wash in Falmouth. It joins Splash’s sites in Randolph and Springfield.
“It was a pleasure working with Clint Kendall, the founder of Green Ocean, on this transaction,” stated Dan Petrelle, CEO of Splash. “Clint has created a very successful operation and we’re pleased to be able to take over the reins of the business he has built.”
Kendall added, “It has been a privilege to serve the Falmouth community since starting Green Ocean in 2020. I know I am leaving the car wash in good hands with Splash, and I am excited to see them continue its growth.”
Splash is continuing its expansion throughout the Northeast with several acquisitions coming on board over the last few months. “We look to increase our density in each of the markets we serve and we’re looking at several opportunities within those markets,” added Mark Curtis, Chairman of Splash. Splash now has locations in seven states – Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
