Splash Car Wash is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Frank to Chief Operating Officer (COO), recognizing his longstanding leadership, operational expertise, and significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.
Frank’s career with Splash began in February 2001 as an Assistant Manager at the company’s Norwalk, Connecticut location, when Splash operated just seven locations. Within six months, he was promoted to Site Manager, beginning a remarkable 25-year journey through the organization’s leadership ranks.
Early in his career, Frank earned the company’s “Best of Splash” recognition, reflecting his commitment to operational excellence. In 2004, he was promoted to District Manager, overseeing five locations. He continued to advance through key leadership positions, including Regional Manager, Regional Director in 2020, and Senior Vice President of Operations in 2025.
Throughout his tenure, Frank has been instrumental in supporting Splash’s operational growth and expansion. His extensive experience spans multi-site operations, equipment maintenance, site selection, new location development, facility design and layout, and mergers and acquisitions.
With 34 years of experience in the car wash industry, beginning at just 15 years old, Frank brings a deep understanding of the business and a hands-on leadership approach developed throughout every stage of his career.

As Chief Operating Officer, Frank will oversee the company’s operational strategy and execution, focusing on operational excellence, team development, consistent customer experiences, and continued support of Splash’s expanding footprint.
Frank’s promotion also underscores Splash’s commitment to cultivating talent and developing leaders from within the organization.
“I started my career with Splash when we had just seven locations and now, we have 83.
