ShockWater Projects 2 Year ROI on Water Treatment System

Technology which can reduce freshwater consumption up to 15 gallons per car will be shown at next week’s SWCA Convention and Expo in Fort Worth, TX by ShockWater Car Wash Systems.

The company says its advanced oxidation process neutralizes biological contaminants and removes residual chemicals, producing water that is suitable for replacing fresh water which can be used in multiple car wash applications, including chemical mixing, while ensuring a quality, odor-free experience for consumers.

The ReGenV 100 GPM unit has a footprint of 48”w x 76.5”h x 34”d and has automated, low maintenance, user-friendly controls and design. The company says water and sewer use will be reduced and projects a two-year ROI. Staff safety is ensured with ozone safety sensors, emission-free connectors, stainless steel tubing, and automatic shut-offs. The system operates 24/7 and provides real-time performance data to help an operator stay on top of the car wash operation.

The Mini ReGen 50GPM unit is a streamlined package designed for smaller car wash operations and self-serve washes.

The ShockSoft water softening system consists of one 21″ x 62″ carbon pre-filter tank and one 21″ x 62″ tank with eco-friendly nucleation assisted crystallization media and provides softened water for the entire facility without salt. Softened water in the car wash prevents scale build-up on tunnel walls while also decreasing foamer and nozzle plugging. The system also eliminates briny wastewater discharge while requiring no electricity to power.

ShockWater also provides consulting services such as hydrostatic testing, water loss analysis, pipe run diagrams, water system calibration, underground tank surveys and tunnel water consumption optimization.

ShockWater will be exhibiting at Booth 126 at the SWCA Convention and Expo in Fort Worth, TX Feb. 26-28.
